These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ko8 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
18+ Age Requirement
Access to ko8 is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years or older. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all funds returned in accordance with our underage access policy.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the ko8 platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending bonuses or winnings derived from duplicate use.
Fair Play Standards
All games on ko8 utilise certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use automated betting software, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from translation into any other language, the English version shall prevail in all respects. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, and any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ko8 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- Waiver: ko8's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms at any time shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in the future.
- Language: These Terms are published in English. All communications between ko8 and registered players shall be conducted in English.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the ko8 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet all eligibility requirements before registering an account or placing any wager.
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you hold an active ko8 account. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts permanently closed and all deposits returned in accordance with ko8's underage access policy. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in their entirety.
- Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. If you are acting under a court order, guardianship, or other legal restriction that limits your capacity to contract, you are not permitted to register or use the Platform.
- Personal Use Only: You must be registering and using the ko8 account solely for your own personal entertainment purposes. You are strictly prohibited from registering on behalf of another person, opening accounts for the purpose of transferring funds to third parties, or using the Platform for any commercial purpose.
- Not a Problem Gambler: By registering, you confirm that you are not aware of any gambling addiction that would make your participation on the ko8 platform contrary to your personal welfare. ko8 encourages all players who feel gambling may be causing them harm to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform.
- Accurate Information: You confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of ko8 services — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred currency (BDT).
ko8 enforces a strict one-account-per-player policy. Registering more than one account — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ko8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- KYC Verification: As part of its commitment to player safety and regulatory compliance, ko8 requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process prior to processing their first withdrawal. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
- Document Submission: KYC documents must be submitted in clear, legible form. Blurred, cropped, edited, or otherwise altered documents will not be accepted. ko8 reserves the right to request additional documents if the initial submission is insufficient for verification purposes.
- Verification Timeline: ko8 aims to complete KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. During peak periods, this timeline may extend to 72 hours. Players will be notified by email or live chat message once verification is complete.
- Account Updates: If any of your registered details change — including your email address, mobile number, or payment method — you must notify ko8 support promptly and provide updated documentation if required. ko8 cannot be held responsible for failed communications or transactions resulting from outdated account information.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Deposit Terms
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on ko8 is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and will be returned to the originating payment method.
- Deposit Crediting: bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to the player's ko8 account within 60 seconds of confirmation. Card deposits may take up to 5 minutes depending on the issuing bank's processing speed.
- Player Funds: Funds deposited into your ko8 account are held exclusively for gaming purposes on the Platform. ko8 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
- Deposit Limits: Players may set personal deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) from the responsible gaming section of their account dashboard. These limits are applied immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period when increased.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
- Processing Time: Withdrawals are reviewed and approved within 24 hours of request, subject to KYC completion. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically credited within 60 minutes of approval.
- Matching Payment Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This policy is applied as an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.
- Withdrawal Verification: ko8 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal that triggers our internal risk thresholds. This is a standard industry practice and is not an indication of wrongdoing on the part of the player.
Bonus & Promotional Terms
ko8 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions aligned to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and to any additional specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms at the time of offer. - Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and certain crash games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. - Abuse and Fraud: ko8 operates active monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering between multiple accounts, arbitrage betting designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, and systematic exploitation of free bet credits. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses cancelled and may be permanently suspended.
- Right to Modify or Withdraw: ko8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any such modification will not affect bonuses already validly claimed by players prior to the modification.
Player Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the ko8 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. The following obligations apply to all registered players without exception. Violation of any of these obligations may result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.
Player Obligations
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and keep it updated throughout the life of the account.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling and financial transactions.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify ko8 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
- Engage with ko8's responsible gaming tools proactively if you feel your gambling habits are becoming problematic.
- Co-operate fully with ko8's KYC verification process and provide all requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe.
Strictly Prohibited Conduct
- Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the Platform.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with games or the betting system.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploiting a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
- Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets across multiple accounts to manipulate game outcomes or bonus eligibility.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing ko8 staff or other players through any communication channel.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ko8 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the intellectual property of ko8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ko8 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any part of the Platform's content in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of ko8.
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
- Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or similar automated data-gathering tools on any part of the Platform.
- Create derivative works based on any content or materials found on the Platform without explicit written authorisation from ko8.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices displayed on or through the Platform.
Game content provided by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms. ko8 operates these games under valid licensing agreements with each provider.
Account Suspension & Closure
ko8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice if it determines that these Terms have been violated or that the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players. The following circumstances, while not exhaustive, represent grounds for account action:
- Terms Violation: Any breach of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6, will constitute grounds for immediate account suspension pending investigation.
- Fraudulent Activity: Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, payment fraud, money laundering, or any other financial crime will result in immediate account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities.
- KYC Non-Compliance: Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the requested timeframe, or submission of false or altered identity documents, will result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending resolution.
- Responsible Gaming: Accounts may be suspended or closed at the request of the player for responsible gaming purposes. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
- Player-Initiated Closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting ko8 support via live chat. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to any applicable wagering requirements being met.
